By accessing or using NailTeller, creating an account, submitting content, or participating in the community, you agree to these Terms of Use and our applicable policies.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use NailTeller.
About NailTeller
NailTeller is a storytelling and community platform focused on experiences, relationships, events, and perspectives connected to the nail industry.
Users may read stories, submit stories, create accounts, comment, react, report content, and use other features made available by NailTeller.
NailTeller may review, edit, approve, reject, limit, or remove submitted content in accordance with these Terms of Use and our Community Guidelines.
Eligibility

- The content does not knowingly contain false and harmful accusations
- The content does not violate another person's privacy
- The content does not infringe copyrights or other legal rights
- The content complies with these terms and our Community Guidelines
Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use or publish.
License granted to NailTeller
You continue to own any rights you have in the original content you submit.
By submitting content to NailTeller, you grant NailTeller a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, edit, translate, display, publish, distribute, promote, and make the content available through NailTeller and its related channels.
This license allows NailTeller to operate the platform, display submitted stories, promote published content, create previews, resize images, improve formatting, and share content through social media or other promotional channels.
The license continues for as long as the content remains published or stored for legitimate operational, legal, moderation, backup, or recordkeeping purposes.
Content editing and moderation
NailTeller may review content before or after publication.
We may edit:
- Spelling, grammar, punctuation, and spacing
- Titles, headings, and formatting
- Names, locations, dates, and identifying details
- Images, captions, and presentation
- Content that creates privacy, safety, or legal concerns
We may reject, restrict, hide, disable, or remove content at our discretion when we believe it violates these terms, our Community Guidelines, applicable law, or the rights or safety of others.
NailTeller is not required to publish every submission or provide a detailed explanation for every moderation decision.
Anonymous stories
NailTeller may allow contributors to publish stories without publicly displaying their real names.
Anonymous publication does not guarantee that NailTeller has no technical, account, security, or moderation information related to the submission.
You must not use anonymous posting to threaten, harass, impersonate, defame, deceive, or intentionally harm another person or business.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to use NailTeller to:
- Harass, bully, intimidate, threaten, or repeatedly target another person
- Publish private or sensitive information without authorization
- Make knowingly false accusations intended to cause harm
- Promote violence, hatred, discrimination, or illegal activity
- Impersonate another person, business, or NailTeller representative
- Submit spam, scams, deceptive promotions, or fraudulent offers
- Upload malware, malicious code, or harmful files
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or databases
- Interfere with the operation or security of NailTeller
- Scrape, copy, harvest, or collect data through unauthorized automated methods
- Manipulate reactions, comments, reports, views, or engagement
- Use NailTeller for unlawful or unauthorized commercial purposes
- Encourage another person to violate these terms
Comments, reactions, and community features
Comments, reactions, reports, and other community features must be used responsibly.
You may disagree with a story or another user, but you may not use community features to harass, threaten, expose private information, organize abuse, or manipulate engagement.
NailTeller may remove comments, reverse reactions, restrict features, close accounts, or take other action when misuse is detected.
Reporting content
Users may report stories, comments, images, or accounts that may violate these terms or our Community Guidelines.
Reports should be submitted honestly and should include enough information for NailTeller to identify and review the content.
Do not abuse the reporting system to target users, silence disagreements, or create false complaints.
Submitting a report does not guarantee that content will be removed.
Copyright and intellectual property
NailTeller and its website design, branding, logos, graphics, software, layout, and original materials are owned by or licensed to NailTeller and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit NailTeller materials without written permission, except where allowed by law.
You may share links to publicly available stories and use available sharing features for personal, non-deceptive purposes.
Copyright complaints

The publication of a story does not mean that NailTeller agrees with the story or confirms that every described event occurred exactly as presented.
No guarantee of availability
NailTeller may change, update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature or part of the website at any time.
We do not guarantee that NailTeller will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or free from errors.

Removal from NailTeller does not guarantee removal of copies previously saved, shared, quoted, indexed, screenshotted, or published by third parties.

Community Guidelines
